As someone who has had an array of challenging difficulties throughout my life, not limited to anxiety and depression, I found exercise and nutrition have helped me enormously.
Counselling can be quite rigid. There is a huge stigma attached to mental health issues which sadly can deter many from seeking support. Here’s where I hope to make a difference, I offer a more personal and friendly approach in my sessions. I can provide a more tailored session, designed to conform to your needs, both emotionally and physically, and in so doing create a more relaxed and beneficial relationship with you.

Physical activity helps maintain and improve wellbeing in many ways, but importantly it's paramount in deterring both depression and anxiety. Overall, positively changing our mood and giving us a greater sense of confidence and achievement!
